Deb has been a great therapist! I was having a very rough time before I started meeting with her. She's very easy to talk to and will form a plan of action on what you can do, which I love! Deb is also very flexible and will work around your schedule. I would definitely recommend her!
Kori has a calm demeanor, professional conduct, effective techniques to really show you what is going on in your situation as you are talking with her, and gives very insightful advice. She wasn't staring at the clock to end your session but rather waited for a stopping point in the discussion. She responded very quickly to my inquiry and was extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend her if you are in need of a therapist.
I have sought help from therapists off and on in my 60+ years of living and thankfully, have been helped through some rough patches by a few of them. Too many times though-I didn't find the guidance, tools or insight that I needed in order to make some healthy decisions for myself. More often than not, I would stay stuck spinning because one size does not fit all when it comes to personal therapy. Guidance, insight and tools towards finding my own answers has happened in my therapeutic process with Angela. because of that and more, I feel extremely confident in that decisions I have come to make; I've found a safe environment where I can trust; and I've allowed myself to be open to trying different tools that have opened up new discoveries. She SEES me and MEETS me right where I am. I have often hesitated in the past to offer up a therapists name because it's such an important relationship. I am honored and proud to say that I have recommended Angela to many acquaintances and will continue to do so.
Ginny Mackles was my therapist for ten years. She was easy to open up to about my life issues. We worked together to help me gain insights in a gentle way so that i was able to move through my pain from the past. I am extremely thankful to have been able to work with her.
Working alongside Anna Grimm in providing Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Ive been made aware of what a gifted therapist she is. Shes smart and thoughtful; she listens well and gets clients to hear themselves; shes engaging and 100% present; shes kind and humane; shes funny. And her compassion and her empathy cannot be missed. Anna meets you where you are in your life; she exemplifies caring and the desire to help you move forward and work through the issues and struggles that life has given you. And her photographers eye becomes the one that brings insight to the therapist/client relationship. If youre looking for a therapist, Anna will not disappoint you.
Tahmi has been a counselor to me for the last 6 months. I've been really grateful for the sessions we've had and the ones to come. Tahmi allows me to feel comfortable enough to speak freely and really work through things.
Great therapist, caring and attentive, good at offering creative solutions and help, relatable and empathetic
I went to Craig Lang for help with some anxiety issues. He was very knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful. He was professional and through our work, my anxieties faded - awesome! I highly recommend Craig - he is not only a great hypnotist, but a great therapist and person all wrapped up in one!
This therapist is experienced, caring, and highly effective. I was in a deep trance for my last session. Hypnosis is a good tool to use for many personal issues like weight loss, anxiety, self-esteem, etc.
Definitely knows what he is doing and very helpful.
I've come to know that looking for the right therapist is more difficult than finding that perfect bathing suit. Jessi felt RIGHT from the beginning. I saw quickly in our session a knowledge of therapy skills that approached my needs quickly. Diving into family of origin was exactly the right approach for me and an important step that no other previous therapist had introduced me to. So very grateful to have a safe place to put my vulnerabilities.
Jeremiah was recommended to me by a friend as someone who was incredibly skilled in many different areas, from personal coaching to physical trainer and spiritual teacher. I was at a point where I was looking at restructuring my workload and time spent at my business. He helped facilitate steps and plans to make this a simpler process. He worked with me to clarify my goals for both myself and for my company in terms of transferring responsibilities to other employees. We went through a lot of our documentation for different regulations and licensing. Together we updated and simplified much of the work that I always took care of, in such a way that was very intuitive and easy for others to carry out. When I first started working with Jeremiah, I struggled with seeing a clear way to figure out how to work less. Through a lot of inner work and a lot of processing things with him, I am in the final process of the sale of my 35-year old business. Jeremiah is very approachable and has an incredibly non-judgmental style of helping people realize their full potential.
Kelly is a highly-skilled, sensitive and professional therapist who goes the extra mile for her clients. She is a joy to be around, and is remarkably inciteful and empathetic to others’ pain. I see how many people benefit from her multidisciplinary, warm and intuitive approach. She skillfully navigates the line of bringing a client along while “pushing” them to be their better selves. Kelly is always my top referral source!
I could not recommend her more highly! She is a caring, professional who clearly is an experienced therapist. She is exceptional!
Empowering Health is truly a caring and professional wellness company. I would recommend all the services Carol offers on her website, www.empowering-health.com
Bennett and I worked together at South Metro Human Services for approximately a year and a half. I believe Bennett excelled at working with clients who experienced psychosis, negative symptoms of schizophrenia, and, especially, cluster B personality disorders. He consistently made clients feel heard and supported. Bennett also demonstrated skill in engaging clients in conversations that facilitated self-advocacy with external providers, and, when clients faced barriers to advocating for themselves, Bennett stepped in to make sure their concerns were addressed. As a co-worker, Bennett was an incredible support and ally. As one of the few female employees on our team, I struggled a great deal with the experience of implicit and accidental sexism. I also came to this position fairly early in my recovery from my own experiences with depression and suicidal ideation and an eating disorder. Bennett was an amazing partner in this-- he validated my frustrations, problem-solved difficulties, called out other colleagues, and overall made going to work a happy and hopeful experience. I cannot recommend Bennett Jones highly enough. As a co-worker in the mental health field, and as a friend and support person who filled a puedo-therapist role in my daily life, Bennett is a deeply compassionate and remarkably gifted listener, and working with him has enriched my life in ways I am still discovering, months after our working relationship has ended.
She is the nicest and realist person I have met. I am so lucky that I found such a great therapist so easily
Laura has a warm, positive manner. She listens carefully and suggests real solutions. i will work with her whenever I can, and I will recommend her to my friends.

Since 2001, Special Music, Inc. (SM) is a center-based program that has been providing pediatric neurologic music therapy services for children ages 1-21 years old with autism, neurologic impairments and developmental disabilities. Beth Wiskus, MA, MT-BC, NMT Fellow leads the neurologic music therapy sessions. What is neurologic music therapy? A research-based practice, neurologic music therapy (NMT) utilizes rhythm and the therapeutic application of music to influence and potentially change the brain. NMT techniques are standardized and evidence-based through scientific and clinical research. Research has shown that when the brain is engaged in music, more neurons are firing at the same time throughout the brain. Therefore, more connections are being made and more neuropathways are created, which can improve brain function. What does SM offer? 1) Individual NMT sessions 2) Small group NMT sessions 3) MT social skills group sessions 4) Support, training, and education for families and community members 5) Presentations and in-services to school district personnel, clinicians, physicians, parent groups as well as at state, national and international conferences 6) Contract NMT services and consultations
