Latest Review: Working with Jonathan has been amazing. He is incredibly responsive to questions and is very flexible with the times he is able to schedule clients. I continue to be impressed with the time that he takes to really listen to what your goals are, the areas you want to focus on, and the research that he does on questions in between training sessions so he can follow up with you. I have learned an amazing amount from him about strengthening and managing a pre existing injury, nutrition, the importance of sleep, and how to work in great exercises and strength training into my busy days. It is so fantastic to have the accountability, motivation, and support of someone as I work on my own goals. I look forward to every training session with Jonathan!
