Pangea catered our 150 person wedding and did a fantastic job. Christine was very helpful in understanding our asks and provided strong guidance on what kind of meal and service to fit our budget. Her suggestions were beyond helpful and she worked closely with us to put together the perfect meal for our guests. We received many compliments from our guests on how delicious the meal was. Steve was the perfect caterer for our wedding. He went above and beyond to make our day special. Admittingly, Steve was more detailed and prepared than our wedding planner and everyone else combined...his experience really shined through and put us at ease. We expected 425-450 for our guest list, and with just 2 weeks to go, started to panic as our list grew to over 600. Steve simply remained calm through the whole thing...a phone call or two and he said everything was alright and we'd get through it. I was about to be a basket case, yet his calm reassured me. The best of it was, before anyone else was served, Steve personally served us first...along with a complimentary bottle of wine he had picked out especially for our meal. He stopped for a second to congratulate us, allow for a few extra pictures, and to make sure we...the bride and groom...were totally taken care of before moving onto our guests. Steve made our day special in so many ways. Something my mother said afterwards that sums up Steve pretty well was, "He's an old fashioned gentleman. His handshake is his bond, and his word is gold. He gets his reputation the old way...he earns it.". I highly recommend Steve to anyone for any catering need.

Chef Stiles was absolutely great. This was our first experience bringing in a personal chef for an event. Chef Stiles worked with me on the process and helped me get things set up. He worked quietly in the background and gave such a great presentation of the food. I hired him for my wife's birthday party. It was so great to have a healthy gourmet meal that everyone could enjoy.

    Sue is an excellent chef and cook. When she caters an event she is professional and friendly. The pizza's we order for our garlic harvest crew are always excellent and careful attention is paid to ingredients (which I am pretty picky about). Sue is also adaptable. I know when I first knew her she sometimes used ingredients I was not very interested in but she has gleaned so much experience cooking at co-ops and local and organic food restaurants, that she knows how to cook with everything our local foodshed has to offer.
