This guy is shady, someone who does not strike as trustworthy person. Not a professional at all, he never came out to provide a proper quote to perform the work after promising...also does not provide references, he went from 10 to 0 rating in a matter of 18 hrs, I will never hire him.

I'm sorry if I've missed an appointment with you. I don't recall the job I was supposed to come out and bid. Also no one has asked for any references from me though I would be happy to provide them if you'd like. If you could please explain what job I missed and how we have communicated that would be greatly appreciated.
