- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is what it takes to do the job correctly. I don’t cut corners or skip steps. We do it how it’s supposed to be done the first time and back it with a warranty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them. See what they see for their property. Offer them the best options not only for their budget but for the functionality of their property and the vision they have for it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11yrs experience in the landscape field. I’ve done it all. Mowing, irrigation, pesticides, and all the landscape/hardscapes.
