I have been doing Jay's "Boot Camp" class for over three years now, and I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I really enjoy the variety and challenge he puts into our classes. He encourages us to push ourselves and not just "breeze" through the hour. I've been training with Chris for almost a year and know first hand he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I started with individual personal training and recently joined his boot camp class - while both are uniquely different, they are equally challenging and rewarding. Chris focuses on helping clients achieve their goals - both physically and nutritionally - and makes every session challenging, fun and rewarding. My fitness, body composition and overall confidence has increased tenfold. Chris pushes me and challenges me - which ultimately shapes my mindset and attitude in the gym. Chris is masterful at proper technique. He is reliable and punctual. I've been working with Lori Johnson for over nine months now. Not only have I lost over 40 pounds but I am stronger, happier, and feel the best I ever have! Friends and family saw my transformation and now they are training with Lori as well! I have done both personal training and fitness boot camps with Lori. She makes each workout challenging and different! You are never bored and you leave knowing you didn’t just “go to the gym”, you accomplished something! Her privately owned gym, Iron Works, offers a variety of workout equipment, a place to change clothes and a lounge for the kids to hang out in while you work out. (or they can work out with you!) What I love about Iron Works (a private gym): - No wasting time hunting for a parking place in a packed lot - No overcrowded classes that you hope to get a spot in - Friendly & comfortable atmosphere - An instructor who is caring and knows you by name - No monthly membership fees! Whether you are looking for personal training or a group class (fitness boot camp) I would highly recommend Lori Johnson and Iron Works. I know I am hooked and plan to train with Lori for the foreseeable future. Bring a friend, your husband or wife and check out one of the many boot camps offered weekly! See you there!

I attended hillarys boot camp for about 6 years.. She kept us all extremely fit, working every muscle group and changing things up constantly to make it fun. She also coached me in preparation for the Boston Marathon. I attribute my success to both her technical and motivational training style. She is an amazing trainer and genuinely caring person.

I attended a boot camp earlier this summer and loved it! Matthew made it fun while at the same time pushing us to keep good form and to do our best. All levels were there and nobody stood out as really good or really bad. I was challenged and felt exhilarated when it was finished. I can't wait to do another one!

I have been a part of Andrea's boot camp classes for close to a year. Having these weekly classes has helped me get motivated to reach my fitness goals. I have noticed a significant strength increase throughout my body. I used to dread doing pushups and planks, but now I can honestly say I enjoy them! Andrea always varies up the workouts so they stay interesting and fun. She always is full of energy and is very encouraging and helpful. She is always making sure you are doing the movements correctly so you can get the most out of the workout and not get injured. She has been providing a monthly workout calendar with different workouts each day, which has kept me accountable on days we do not meet. She is also willing to help with diet and nutrition goals. I love my workouts with Andrea and am excited to continue to reach my fitness goals with her help!
