Manny & his partner did a great job. The duct cleaning was thorough and well done. Jamie in the office was helpful with pricing and responsive with scheduling and reminders leading up to the cleaning date and time.

The service man was polite and took the time to explain his findings from the video taken of the duct. He also explained everything he had done thoroughly. Cleaned the furnace as well.

Work was completed but I ended up paying $450 instead of the $199 as advertised on the phone. Dryer vent cleaning was supposed to be free; however I was told that I had to pay since they would need to use the latter to reach the vent (which they ended up not using)...basically, it took them less than 5 minutes to clean the dryer vent and apply a little tape to the dryer vent hose (I was charged almost $100). In addition to this I found many vents that were left opened or left unscrewed...Nice guys but overall not super impressed by the whole experience.
