Mr. Wittmeier installed an exterior door. I live in an old house and extra work to fit the door properly was needed. Door looks great, he did what he said he was going to do and I am very pleased! Thank you.
Steve has done jobs for me on the exterior and interior of my house. He has installed a sink for me & repaired my window sills. He has great skills, prices and he is a honest guy.
Needed a Exterior Door Repair. Got the job done with custom work. Would recommend for later services or referral to others. Punctual & Reasonable. Overall 5 stars
I hired Barry to replace two garage entry doors. He arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently keeping the quoted cost in tact. He's a friendly competent individual I look forward to contacting with future needs. I can definitely recommend him.
I contracted with WD Home Repairs for: - demo of an existing bathroom consisting of carpet, toilet, cabinetry, sinks, and 1-piece fiberglass shower unit - floor tile installation - shower tile installation (walls and floor) Throughout the process, Donald was responsible, approachable, and reasonable. The quote for the project beat top-rated bathroom remodeling firms (Angie's List) by a significant margin. WD Home Repairs maintained an eye for detail while completing the project. As with any project of this scale, a couple of unforeseen issues came up. I was impressed with the speed and positive attitude in which WD Home Repairs resolved these issues. I am pleased with the finished project. The overall experience was largely worry-free. I would not hesitate to contract with WD Home Repairs again for future tiling projects.
Dusty did a great job finishing up some of the our crown molding installation on our new kitchen cabinets. Very reasonably priced for great quality work completed quickly. He even filled a few other nail holes for me and offered to take a look at any other wood-related issues/questions we had around the rest of the house.
I had my interior trim and doors installed and painted. I had started the process a couple years ago, but was having difficulty finishing the project with 3 young boys and all there activities. I hired Adventure 25 to come out and give a bid and they could start the project in about a week. The first part of the process was to finish the trim work and rip all the basement trim out and a couple of doors that had not been replaced yet. The trim work was done in a couple of days. The painting was delayed because of rainy weather. This is where the stress begins. The prep work that comes before painting can be a lot of work and time consuming. There was little to no prep of the trim. Lots of missed nail holes, lots of missed caulking and the stuff that was done was very poor. I was told that this is high quality paint and it will cover in one coat. I know better. It can take several coats to make the white trim look good. There was paint all over the wood floors, tile in kitchen, paint on the cabinets, paint on my trees outside, paint on the concrete driveway, paint on my fire pit. There seemed to be no care in the world. Jaimie kept telling me that we are not painters. I understand that but my 5 year could of done better. It was supposed to be rolled and instead there was pain brush marks all the trim. The one painter said he thought it would look cute to but swirls with his brush on the top of all the door trims. I met with Jaimie 4 different times to which he said how do I make this right? I would go through things with him and come home at the end of the day to find more of a mess and continued poor quality work. I have never seen anything like this. He would say it would be fixed but I don't think he would watch over his workers and forget to tell them things. I am stressed out beyond believe as my hope was to have this finished to spend more time with my kids. Instead I have to redo most of it. I had another contractor come out and told me it would be about 10 thousand to fix. He never had seen such poor quality work. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Very nice person but I think he was over his head and always in a rush, hence the poor quality work. Since I cant pay 10 thousand to someone to fix it, I am now looking at a year or so to fix my trim. Very frustrated and angry customer.
Hired originally to design and install a barn door in a hallway but his work was so reasonably priced and his craftsmanship was excellent that we also had him build a mantel. Along with that he mounted our 65 inch tv on tile. I will keep his number handy for additional projects in the future.
We had new roof ,siding, rain gutters and some new windows installed by Barc and job was done well. Attention to detail on the installation of the siding and windows. Would recommend.
We hired Kel to take care of a few important baby prep projects at our home. He helped us install new baby gates in three different places, as well as fixed a wobbly door knob for our garage entry door. Kel was courteous, highly skilled, and able to make adjustments on the fly to help get our project wrapped up as promised. In addition, he was very friendly with our puppy and made us feel comfortable having him in our home. I would highly recommend Kel to anyone that is looking for a skilled handyman. Thanks Kel!
I had some problems with my second installation. Once New Windows for America became aware of problems, action was swiftly taken to correct the issues. I would hire them again and again. Thanks New Windows for America for taking pride in what you do
Working with Discount Windows was such a great experience. They have delivered on everything they have promised and more. They actually had re-installed my curtains back after new windows installation was completed.
Extremely punctual and quick with communication. Installed a new door and also shaved down a currently installed one so it fit better. Both were done efficiently and with care. Had an issue with the door knob installation, but everything else was great.
Rob went above and beyond any expectation I had for my door installation and deck building. The final product is outstanding and I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor when you need your next project done and recruit Rob. You will not be disappointed!
KC construction was flexible, professional and easy to work with. He did an amazing job on our door repair and replacement.
Mark did an excellent job with our patio door installation. He was responsive to our requests, recommended a quality door, and took care to preserve the look of our 70 year old house. He was very clear with us about what was included in his quote and did everything we expected him to do. I will definitely call him again for future projects!
I have hired Rodriguez Construction (Paul) for several projects over the past few years and has done excellent work and I am planning on hiring for additonal work in the future. He is patient and thorough - he works to complete the project to exacting standards - works to "get it right" even if it takes more time! I have had him do a complete bath (remove and replace exisiting tub, shower tile, floor tile, sink, shower fixtures, grab bars, etc), replace kitchen floor (remove existing laminate, level and set existing sub-floor and replace with ceramic tile) as well as custom-size exterior french doors (needed to cut open exterior stucco wall) and build custom deck work and stairs. You will get far more than you paid for with Paul!
Homestead Remodeling did an exceptional job on my rehab project. They installed an egress window and did some exterior soffit work as well. Very professional, quick turnaround time. I plan on bringing them more business in the future.
I contacted Legacy Woodworking about repairing parts of the wood fence in my yard. Allan arrived when he said he would and had everything he needed with him so he could take care of the repair. He was professional and very personable. We talked about a few other things I'd like to have taken care of including some rot on an exterior door frame. I plan to have him make those repairs as well. I had checked around and thought his rates were very comparable to others. I will definitely refer friends to him as well.
Al walked into a mess with my closet doors. I had a previous Handyman help me paint and detatch the doors. He corrected the errors and helped until the project was finished. Very easy to work with.
We’ve recently had 6 windows replaced. The entire process from the initial appointment to the installation was incredibly smooth. The team was professional, on time, on budget and very helpful in deciding on the right windows for our project. We will definitely be coming back to Pella for our future window needs!
