Heidi S. says, "Having everyone working from home during Covid shed light on the fact that we had a serious cable/wiring issue that resulted in weak and spotty wi-fi even though we live in the middle of a city. We tried every fix for YEARS, working with Xfinity, workplace IT support, homegrown troubleshooting and contacting numerous electricians who said that don't work with cable. :( Again at the end of my rope I reached out to Adam who responded very quickly with an optimistic attitude 'we can work with that!'. It was a huge relief to even get someone willing to come look and think that they could help. Even though I work from home I'm not available during most work-hours, Adam worked with narrow windows of time to get a feel for the project, was super respectful of the fact that I needed to get back to work and even, to complete the project, came to our house on a SUNDAY to do the work and not force me to take a vacation day. He did the job super cleanly, did what he described and promised and had quick turnaround on the billing and communication. I can't recommend him highly enough. Considering that we've been dealing with all the frustrations that come from crappy wi-fi, Adam really has been a lifesaver."See more

I contacted R.A.V.E. to install Atmos/height speakers in my home theater on relatively short notice. They were careful and methodical in assessing the placements that would yield the best auditory experience, and I should add that they were fairly knowledgeable about home theater/home audio in general. (I’m not even sure it’s listed on their profile page, but, hey—let it be known: R.A.V.E. can set up your home theater.) They wired up my Atmos/height speakers, connected them to the AVR, and tested the setup to ensure that all units were firing properly. Their wiring/cabling work was SUPER NEAT, and I’m frankly not even sure what they could’ve possibly done better. I’m extremely pleased with their work. As to R.A.V.E.’s frontman, Julius—he’s a really knowledgeable, personable, and all-around cool guy. He’ll chat with you as he works and will share his knowledge/insights about home theater/audio setups and guide you in the right direction, which is a point of distinction/differentiation among service providers on Thumbtack. Trust that you’re in good hands. I cannot recommend R.A.V.E. highly enough!
