I liked everything about working with Scott from May painting! Scott was super-responive to all communications. He was patient when circumstances on our end caused a delay in our project. Scott is an experienced, skillful painter. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price on both interior and exterior painting. I also had him stain some new windows and have relied on him for advice on colors; he has to great eye for paint colors. He arrived on time for every project and finished on or before his expected time, and cleaned up my property each day. I have hired him several times and will continue to do so. I also recommended him to a neighbor and they thanked me for the referral.

I first hired Scott to paint the exterior of my house. He did such a good job that I hired him a few years later to paint the interior of my house when I did a major remodel. Everything looks great. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
May Painting has always been an affordably priced company. Since I do the painting myself I am able to work with a low overhead cost. Also, with thirty years experience I work efficiently and am able to pass that savings to my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communications and planning. All estimates are on done free of charge. Our first consultation last about halve an hour when we meet and walk through the project. We will talk about your concerns and expectations and how I will proceed with the painting step by step. At this same time I will be able to quote you the cost of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended St. Paul Vocational School and am certified in commercial and residential painting.
