I have been working with Addie since July 2014. I realized how important it is to find a trainer who truly understands your needs/goals and knows how to get you there. That is exactly what Addie has done, and continues doing for me. Training at home has been amazing and the exercise program she creates allows me to work out on my own throughout the week. The weekly sessions with Addie are critical though - to keep me on track and focused. Her knowledge of nutrition also keeps me on track with realizing my goals and gain a better understanding of physiology.
