I enjoyed working with you laying out all the details of my families travel to Ethiopia in mid June. Compared to other travel agencies I came in contact with for this travel your service was excellent. But to be honest with you I believe that there is still room for improvement in your service. Since I am well versed in the travel industry, I found it really easy to communicate all my needs with you, I knew all the right questions to ask and you were very pleasant about answering them but assuming that your customers are mostly the Ethiopian community I believe you should be more proactive in giving out information before customers ask.
Although I found the emails we exchanged with my travel information on them very useful and all comprehensive, I believe you should reiterate your messages on those emails verbally as well.
I will recommend you to other people and will buy my tickets from you for my next trip to Ethiopia.

I had to book a flight to Addis Ababa and it went extremely well.
