- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If renting a Tent and needing it weighted rather than staked: DON'T allow your Tent installer to pound stakes in partially - they need to be installed straight up & down (not at an angle) with the stake head nearly to the ground. DON'T allow your Tent installer to under weight or use water barrells. You can find someone to do a Tent cheap by not installing it correctly & taking risks - those risks aren't a problem until they are a problem and then THOSE PROBLEMS ARE ALWAYS BIG!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When planning an event, consider all the details - Don't think you can always call last minute & expect us to always be able to accommodate your request. We make lots of deliveries and occasionally can't add any more because we don't over-commit! Just because weather isn't cooperating people need to realize Tents can't be setup in high winds, lightening, or if trees & utilities are in the way - underground utilities require at least a 48 hour notice to have located.
