- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have 3 different package offerings. All of my sessions are 30 minutes in length with 45 minuter available upon request. Every client gets their very own google drive folder that has your personalized monthly workout calendar, monthly workouts, assessment, and other resources you will need. I offer 4, 6, or 8 sessions a month ranging in price from $250-450 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have a fitness consult via Zoom (an online platform similar to Skype). I have an intake form we go over to further get to know you and your goals. During this call we start to outline your fitness roadmap. We set up our first session in which I do a basic assessment and an initial introduction workout to gather more information about what your body needs. I then create a plan for you based on the information gathered from the introduction phase.
