I cannot say enough good about Ray Construction! Sayeed and Ray have helped make our house renovation dreams come true. He helped us to stay within our budget and still get all of our projects completed. Our neighbors compliment on how stunning the house looks now…a complete makeover. Ray Construction is our exclusive contractor now! For our outside projects, they completed: premium siding, stamped concrete driveway and sidewalk/steps (cobblestone), stone facade on exterior walls, electrical, and garage doors. In the Spring, they will be doing window repair, interior lighting, and putting up a railing for the new steps. We hope to use them in the future to add on a three season porch with fireplace and a possible bathroom renovation. They are the complete one-stop shop. They are not just contractors for us…they have become friends. We have been well taken care of and have nothing bad to say about this great company. Our home is a showcase home for them so if you want to drive by at 15041 Butternut Ln, Burnsville, MN, you can see the quality and craftsmanship of some of their work.

We recently had Ray Construction repair our stairs and replace our front walkway and we are thrilled with their work! They came out and gave us a quote right away after listening to our needs and were able to meet our timeline. The crew was professional and hard working. We can’t recommend them highly enough! And may have another project we want to bring them in on in the near future we were so pleased with their work.

I highly recommend Ray’s Construction. The whole team (Sayeed, Don, Daniel, and Carlos) are true professionals! I can honestly say that Sayeed has been the kindest and most helpful contractor that I’ve ever hired. Unlike other contractors that I ve hired in the past, Sayeed genuinely cares about doing the best job possible at the fairest price. Furthermore, Sayeed doesn t cut any corners, and he values your input. I hired Ray’s Construction to covert a flat, leaky roof to a pitched roof. Needless to say, my house is much drier and I’m extremely satisfied with the result. I m looking forward to working with Sayeed and Ray’s Construction for some of my future home improvement plans. I want to also thank Don, the architect/ drafter. Don s drafting skills are spectacular. His meticulously hand-drawn plans look like something from a architectural computer program. Amazing work.

Started out thinking we'd like to get the garage roof replaced this summer plus our soffits and fascia needed lots of work. I had a few different places come out and bid. I found out firsthand that not everyone is interested in a handyman project like ours. At my initial consultation with Sayeed, l could tell from us talking that he is a handyman at heart. He put together all the numbers for me plus let me know what other things he saw at the time which were not up to current code. His bid was by far the best price I'd found. It took no time to decide this was where I wanted to get started. I was able to see the attention to detail and quality of work from day one. What started as just a garage roof has been upgraded to both the house and garage roofs, soffits and fascia, plus I'm getting a beautiful new deck built too. I've had them handle all of my "honey do" items that I've been waiting to have done. We've been in this house 20 years and my house has never looked this good. Both Sayeed and his crew are very trustworthy and pleasant to work with. They've been great at answering any questions that had come up and let me know if anything changes. I've had them here working the past few weeks and I can't wait to see what it all looks like when all my projects are finished(I've added quite a list to the first bid). I definitely will be calling them again for any types of projects we decide to do in the future. I give this crew a 5 star +++ rating all around. Thanks guys!
