Introduction: I am a voice teacher/singer in the Minneapolis area. My studio is located in my home and has recording capabilities, microphones, a baby grand and a waiting area. During your lesson, I work on building natural voices and developing a good and strong vocal technique so singers are able to do what they want with their voices. I work with beginners and professionals alike. The studio is warm and inviting. Lesson can be 30-minute, 45-minute or 1-hour in length.

Mary has been my voice teacher for about three years. She is a wonderful teacher. She explains everything very clearly, and she is positive, and affirming in her approach. She has helped me unlearn bad habits and learn to sing with proper support, clear tone and pure vowels. She's helped me accept and improve my voice and increased my confidence. My lesson with Mary is often the high point of my week. I highly recommend her!

Mary is an excellent voice teacher. She knows what your voice needs and how to develop it. Mary is very creative with her explanations and visualizations that help you get tuned in with your vocal apparatus. She organizes studio classes and performances to try yourself out. She an inspiring educator. I highly recommend her!

I'm 71. I started voice lessons with Mary 7-8 years ago with no vocal experience. She has guided, supported, and helped me from zero training to winning several Senior pageants where a talent was required. I have done musical theater, soiree's, jazz ensembles singing everything G & S, Opera, to Folk since becoming Mary's student. Mary has a beautiful voice herself as well as being an excellent on the piano. She regularly does her own solo performances as well as theater and opera. She directs a children's choir in her spare time :) I totally recommend Mary talents and knowledge as a teacher who can do and teach.

Mary is an excellent voice teacher! As a lifelong alto with a very limited range, I was amazed that Mary had me singing soprano in just a few lessons. I wish I had found her sooner. if you think there's no hope to increase your singing range- check out voice lessons with Mary!
