We have been with Homestead Plus for 5 months now. It has been a heavenly 5 months compared to our old rental company. When we have issues, someone is always available 24 hours a day. They have gotten back to us immediately. What we notice with Homestead Plus compared to the other Property Management Companies is that Homestead Plus answers our emails and questions within a couple of hours and they are here within 24 hours to fix a problem. They are ALWAYS very kind and reassuring. We have never had a "kind and considerate" Management Company before now. We are very happy with Homestead Plus!!!

A church friend of mine and I were comparing companies and I was blown away by how much more I was spending; not only monthly, but every time a maintenance person had to come out. Since switching to Equity Options, they gave me a couple pointers for the interior which has not only increased my rent each month, but the tenants are staying longer. Their process is simple and my money is automatically deposited into my account each month.
