I started my catering business after working for corporate restaurant chains. I saw them serving poor quality frozen and prepackaged foods, and I wanted to get away from that so I went to work for myself. I wanted to use local, natural and organic foods in a simplistic version that delivered beautiful presentation, affordable cost, and great taste.
Danielle Goodreum operates Catering by Dani, a special catering services business that uses locally-grown ingredients that are all natural or organic. Most of her clients are interested in such kinds of food, and they want their weddings, corporate event, or birthdays to be catered with it. Danielle always extends her expertise in traditional, organic, or ethnic catering services to them.
We keep our customers happy by listening to them. We make sure that we are understand their needs and keep an open dialogue. We also believe it is very important to be timely in returning all phone calls and emails, and giving educated and well detailed answers to all of our clients questions and concerns.
One of her most favorite was one recent wedding she catered for. It was memorable because of the fact that it was hurried for one special reason being the grooms mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Danielle and her team worked together to make it happen despite short notice so the client was very happy.
