Both Tim and Robert honored my long experience with Macs, and did not treat me like a fuddy-duddy 60+-year-old. They heard my concerns about my MacBook Pro’s damaged files, and about two troublesome apps I needed to have reinstalled. They offered suggestions as to other protocols they could run to ensure my Mac was clear of malware. When I asked about a senior citizen discount, Robert did not hesitate to grant me this discount, especially when he heard that my first computer was an Apple IIc from the 1980s! Within a few days, my MacBook was ready (late 2013), and it is running like new. P.S. They did not push me to ‘upgrade’ my OS as I might have received at the Apple Store. Any further ‘upgrade’ would slow this MacBook down to the speed of molasses.
