A. I prefer to initially meet with the party and establish a plan catered to the client's needs, budget, traveling information of necessary, and anything we can do to make it the most special event for them. Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A. Wedding Reception. Minimum planning 3 months advance- we planned 6 months in advance. An entire cuisine with Salads, Italian entrees, 4 Tier Cake. We had an initial complimentary consultation. The couple selected cuisine entrees/salads/cake for the tasting, which was priced accordingly. Concluding that meeting, the contract was verbally confirmed, also signed by the parties.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. Please be very thorough and discreet as to quality, reputation, accommodating to your needs, and most of all really taking the time and patience to give you every option for your special event.
Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to
professionals about their project?
A. Customers should definitely think through what exactly do they wish to provide for themselves and their guests that will be most memorable for their special event. Also, looking at their budget, and selecting a caterer that will work with then to best accommodate their needs.
