Was moving and needed a "move in cleaning" of kitchen and bathrooms(2) Called and was impressed they were able to schedule service for that same week, overall phone/appointment setting process was quick, easy and pleasant. On the day of, the cleaner was a tad late, understandable due to slick road conditions. I was extremely busy with last minute move in details, and was very appreciative of her patience and understanding with my lack of courtesy due to a phone call upon her arrival. took a quick walk thru while i explained what j wanted completed in the 3gours she was scheduled...she was very attentive and listened to my concerns and requests. I then left, and she was very kind as to update me along the way via text messaging as to her progress and estimated time frame. A unusual situation im that she found a dead bird in the downstairs bathroom made for an occasion to exceed my expectations and she did not disappoint! she texted that she simply "lol'd" at the absurdity, and swept it up. Very pleased at her skill and adept nature. The overall clean was average, nothing stands out as exceptional, although with her handling of the bird incident, I feel it necessary and would be lacking to score anything but a 5 star exceptional job from Dynamic Cleaning services! I will definitely be scheduling a monthly service with then and advise anyone who wants a trustworthy and thorough cleaning done by a professionals to do the same! Thanks again !
