Introduction: I always go the extra mile to help people reach their fitness goals by making sure their bodies are ready for the physical activity ahead number one rule do no harm only good! I receive great joy by hoping that young athlete exceed their fitness goals it's great to work with that college athlete that wants to be the starter on the football team however it can be even better helping somebody that's over 60 get their youth and vitality back and make them feel like they're 35 again!

Training at Super Fit Fitness with Ron Nies changed my life. When I started in June 2011, I weighed a little over 194 pounds. At 5’10 and 28 years old I was rather embarrassed about my beer belly and lack of muscles. In the past I tried working out on my own, but would overheat and gas out within 30 minutes of any physical activity. Ron created a custom program that focused on cardio, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. Within 6 months I weighed 178 pounds, put on noticeable muscle mass, and was able to make it through a 60 minute workout with gas left in the tank. To top it all off I’m now training in mixed martial arts! Ron has a natural ability to connect with his clients and provide superior one on one training. I love the look of my new body! All my co-workers and friends have asked me what my secret is. I tell them it’s Super Fit Fitness.

I was introduced to Ron a year and a half ago. As a result I know more about how to exercise my body effectively for weight loss, how to strengthen specific muscles, stretch and take care of my body after a workout, know more muscle stabilizing exercises to prevent injury, and eat foods that truly benefit my body. Since I started with Ron I have had my small specific goals but for him it's always been to improve my overall health! He is supportive and encouraging not only in the gym but outside the gym. He is incredibly resourceful and has many connections with other medical health professionals that can assist you in your goals. Ron is very knowledgable outside of just personal training. He has helped me get through small injuries by providing exercises and stretches. He knows many massage techniques to help a tight or weak muscle or simply a stressed out individual. Without any hesitation I would recommend Ron as a personal trainer to anyone who is looking to improve their health, mind, body, and soul. -Alicia

1# trainer in the Twin Cities, not only does Ron have 30 plus years of body building life style,training, competition, nutrition, and passion. He also is always evolving his training methods by constantly learning by attending various work shops, seminars, clinics, on the latest techniques.

I have been training with Ron for 4 years....he is fantastic!!..he has changed my life---my eating, health and weight have all improved...he ALWAYS asks me how my body is feeling before we start...if I have issues he addresses those first...I now actually look forward to working out!!!

I was trained by Ron... In 2009 ... He taught me all the crucial points of fitness like proper workouts , proper form , discipline while achieving goals . Because of him training me now I am in a position to train others !!! . Thought being from other country he treated me like his son apart from being just trainer. This motivated me a lot to stay fit. He is the Best!!!
