Andrea has been my trainer since May. She has been the best investment I have made for myself for a long time. She really customizes your workouts to meet your own, personal fitness goals. Not only has she helped me to get in better shape, she has taught me how to correctly do each workout and find where I need more work. She does assessments with you every couple of months to show how your progress is coming. I only do the 30 minutes sessions with Andrea and she has really taught me that it's not about the amount of time you work out, its the type and quality of workout that you do. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone in the twin cities area.Nov 16, 2015
Andrea is not just a great trainer, she's excellent at providing motivation. She goes beyond expectations in the workouts she prepares and her amazing personal work ethic is absolutely wearing off on me. Andrea was able to help me stay healthy during my pregnancy and end up in better shape after my boy than I was in before-hand. I've been working with Andrea for personal training almost one full year now. The experience has been amazing. I've had incredible success both with weight loss and general health and fitness. I feel amazing, so much more energy and stamina than I used to have. I'm 37 and feel like I'm 25 again. I've worked with other trainers in the past and had success but it either wasn't lasting or they had me doing moves that ended up hurting me in the long run which hampered my progress. Andrea is so well educated and tailors the workouts to challenge me taking my personal situation into account. She's always changing it up and making me push myself. I have been working out with Andrea for 8 months. It has been phenomenal and life changing. I now view exercise and nutrition in a whole different way. I appreciate the reasons for working out and the importance of strength training. I started with Andrea before my wedding and continued after the wedding. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All of my sessions are 30 minutes in length. Every client gets their own google drive folder that has your personalized monthly workout calendar, monthly workouts, assessment, and other resources you will need each month. I offer 4, 6, or 8 sessions a month ranging in price from $250-450 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have a fitness consult via Zoom (an online platform similar to Skype). I have an intake form we go over to further get to know you and your goals. During this call we start to outline your fitness roadmap. We set up our first session in which I do a basic assessment and an initial introduction workout to gather more information about what your body needs. I then create a plan for you based on the information gathered from the introduction phase.
