I was completely blown away by TNA Carpet. Ty was very friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful, but that's just the beginning. My girlfriend's foster dog had torn up a healthy chunk of carpet in one of the bedrooms of my house (hooray), and we were worried that we were going to have to replace the entire room at the cost of her trip to Machu Picchu later this summer.
Instead, we managed to track down some spare/extra carpet in my basement, and Ty was able to patch the carpet with NO visible seams. Not only that, but he assured us that if we weren't happy with the patch, that he would help us find more of the original carpet and come back to re-do the whole room. Also, Ty had to leave my house for some additional carpet padding and drove to Blaine and came back later that afternoon to finish the job that day.
I don't have a ton of experience with other Twin Cities carpet companies, other than using Home Depot to re-carpet my old condo when I moved out, but Corrie (scheduling) and Ty were honestly some of my favorite specialists of any type with whom I've had the pleasure to work. My girlfriend broke down in tears when she saw how inexpensive the project was going to be compared to what she was expecting. I wish I had more carpet to fix so I could have them back out for more projects :)
