They didn't get everything I wanted done. I wanted them to do the kitchen cupboards and our paneling around the kitchen and floor and didn't seem as they had time to get it done. I. Thought they did good. Just wish they had time to get all done.

I moved four months ago and was having a very hard time getting unpacked and settled due to a busy job, being ill, and feeling generally stressed. Things seemed to be getting worse every day as I was living among and out of boxes. I was becoming even more stressed, overwhelmed, and tired. I️ had Mark do a number of projects to help me get my house ready for sale. He installed (and modified to fit) closet doors, installed base moulding and designed and installed stair railing. Kel did several projects around our home including electrical work, rehanging closet doors, and re-engineering a tricky down spout. Kel listened carefully to what we needed done and developed a work plan which he shared at the start of each project. I love my new closet systems! My designer, Jessica Shasky created an outstanding experience for me. She was highly responsive to my requests and questions. I hired Laura to help me with a project I'd been trying to get help from my family with for YEARS! After describing what I wanted to accomplish, Laura was ready with a plan and a "Let's get it done" attitude. It took about 10 hours of work over 3 different days to get my project done. I now have a cleaned and organized family room and storage room. We were also able to clean out a secondary storage area so it is now pretty much empty. This space is now available to re-build my lower level bath. Laura was on-time, had a great attitude, was sensitive to my needs, great at helping me decide what to keep, toss or donate. She really helped to keep me on task as we worked together to accomplish my project. I will hire her again in a heartbeat the next time I need an organizer and have already recommended her to several friends!
