The personal coaching that I offer helps people set and achieve goals and build a new, healthy lifestyle through triathlon training.
My personal training sessions are one-on-one or small group and consist of functional strength, training with weights, running, biking, or swimming.
Triathlon coaching is online with limited meetings.
The swim lessons are with me or one of my assistant coaches and are for triathletes or fitness swimmers, including mostly freestyle and drills for efficiency and form to build endurance.
I have all different levels of clients with a wide variety of goals. Our focus is to prepare you for your event, create a lifestyle through triathlon, and HAVE FUN!
