- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
. I try to keep the pricing simple. Most people understand that the more you want done the more it cost. While some might think we charge more than others I can guarantee you will get a detailed cleaning like no other. And we keep up with that. We don’t cut corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before the intentional cleaning, I like set up a meeting with the customer, so we can go through and discuss what your expectations are and what we can do for you. This is free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience, I have cleaned many homes over the years. I have a routine that works well. I always read, and research for new ways of doing things better or learning new green cleaning techniques. You can never learn enough these days, there's so much available.
