Tyler was great about communicating with us about when the tilers would be showing up and the work they would be doing. He came by the house multiple times to inspect the job. The tiler himself (Jonathan) did amazingly detailed and thorough work. He created exactly the look we wanted based on a few inspiration pictures we shared with him. And when I noticed a very small gap in the grout a couple days after it was done (like literally the size of a ball-point pen), Tyler sent Jonathan back right away to seal it up. I am super satisfied with the result and will definitely call Blackstone again for future projects!"See more
