My husband and I struggled to put a large, heavy, storm window back into its tracks after we removed it to clean. So we called fenix and in less than 30 minutes the window was back in place! Seems like a small thing, but we were exasperated trying and trying again to put that heavy thing back up. Thank you Fenix!
