When we started looking for contractors to replace our kitchen backsplash, we had such a varying experience in responsiveness, prices and professionalism. We found ourselves having to constantly remind contractors (and companies) in order to keep the conversation progressing. From the very beginning Jonathan at Talley Tile was incredibly responsive, I don't think we waited longer than an hour on a response. Add to that, his quote was MORE than competitive with what we had been receiving up to that point. That gave us the confidence to choose Jonathan and his services. He guided us through our decisions and arrived exactly when we agreed. Jonathan got straight to business and worked diligently throughout the entire project, allowing us to get back to life as usual with minimal interruption. He was incredibly courteous, given that we had a newborn in the house. He was very flexible with us, he even picked up several items for the project that other contractors would have considered the customers responsibility. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself each and every day. We were MORE than impressed with the quality of his work. So much so, that we contracted him longer to replace our bathroom tub surround. Which looks AMAZING.

We needed the tile block that forms the chair in our shower angled and reset after it got water under it. He was able to come out and quickly deal with it. The work finished more quickly than expected and it came out under the original estimate he gave us! Would hire again.

I hired Talley Tile to knock out a fairly small job which included ripping out and replacing a tile floor in my laundry room. Even though it was a small job they still did a quality job. I plan on hiring them again for some larger jobs I have planned later on this year. Please note in the picture that I asked to leave the base boards off as i will be putting in new ones. Support local small businesses and do yourself a favor and have Talley tile bid your project.

John with Talley Tile was great to work with. He corresponded via text (which I asked for/preferred when setting things up.) He was able to give an accurate estimate through photos but also offered an in-person estimate. He got to work quickly, did a great job & talked through color & style options with us. The project, kitchen backsplash, came out gorgeously. We will consider John & Talley Tile for our next project.
