We hired Kirby for day of coordination, and I am so thankful that we had her. Miranda, Kirby, and I had met before and created a timeline, and I was able to ask many questions, email them both, and depend on them to confirm details of the wedding with all the vendors. The wedding day was rainy, and that made everything much more difficult for Kirby. But she helped set up the rain back up plan for the ceremony, listened to what I wanted, worked closely with the photographer, diverted questions, and helped make sure that everything went smoothly despite nothing going like our original plan. She did all that- plus much more that I probably don't even realize, as the bride, she kept me pretty well out of it so I could enjoy my special day. We couldn't have done it without her.
