Julie Edstrom is a great fitness trainer! She's no joke and is hardcore. I've only seen her three times (so far) but I lover her style of training. She's preparing me for the police academy and her military experience has really helped in that aspect. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been training with Jesse for about a month and a half. I have lost 11 inches so far. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Jesse is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I would recommend Jesse in a heartbeat. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help.

I am 55 years old and was looking to lose some weight, but more importantly to build strength to meet the challenges I will be facing in the aging process. I had been told that you need to build this strength so that you are more agile and develop bone strength. I met Theresa, my fitness trainer, through my principal. Theresa began to do a small group boot camp with teachers. I was the oldest teacher and within a few weeks I was able to do many of the exercises that the younger teachers were doing. Each week is a new workout, still using some of the same exercises being repeated. My strength is fantastic and I have lost several inches in the 5 months, 2 x a week that I have been meeting with Theresa. She is so knowledgeable with health tips and the correct way to do the exercises that every week we have new questions and she knows the answers. I would recommend Theresa to anyone who is looking to become healthier and stronger. It is an investment in you for your future, no matter how old you are! Joann C.

Brad with Stone Strength Systems provides strength training for all levels of fitness in an organized, systematic fashion. He really focuses on proper technique and injury prevention, which unfortunately is not always the norm with other training programs I have encountered. He is personable and already within a month I have seen great improvements!

I hired Christine three months ago to help me lose 25-30 pounds, lower my sugar levels as I am a Type 2 diabetic and improve my overall fitness. I was pretty scared when I first agreed to train with her- I'll be honest. I was not overweight, but I was very out of shape and most trainers really push you. The first few workouts were really challenging as expected for me but Christine was amazing. She designed each workout specifically around me, took her time to teach me proper form (which is so important), and pushed me to limits I never knew I could reach. Three months later, not only have I lost some weight and inches, but I feel like a new person. I am doing things and wearing clothes I have not in years. My 6 year old daughter has joined us for most of our sessions and Christine has gotten her to love exercise. Exercise has become a daily routine at our house and that's something no other program or trainer was able to do. Combined with proper diet, her training sessions will transform your body. If you do as she asks, you wont regret hiring her. I promise. =)

Fit 2 Function has been the missing piece of the puzzle for this injury prone triathlete. Every athlete should include weight training into their training program. I have been injury free and can swim/bike/run faster than I have in years thanks Fit 2 Function. If you ever have a chance to work with Blake Wolf, do not hesitate. I started working with Blake when I was training for a sprint triathlon. As it just so happened, Blake is an Ironman triathlete. He knew what I needed to do and he set up a training program for me. Not only that, when I worked with him in the gym, I found training to be interesting (landmines), challenging (pull ups) and fun (lots of high fives). Kyle does a great job explaining the benefits of each stretch and strengthening exercise before he has you do it. He does these stretches etc. himself first so its easy to preform yourself . I would recommend Kyle Brunsmann to anyone needing to improve or regain a healthy level of fitness!

It is now March and I am loving the results. She is enthusiastic, professional, and every workout is different. I would highly recommend Trivium to anyone looking for a new gym or personal training. The gym has your standards (weights, racks, benches) but it also has open areas for functional training and classes with the equipment to match. The staff is knowledgeable, and I can attest that Ryan is continually searching out the latest research to incorporate into the gym's offerings. If you're looking to avoid the cookie-cutter gyms and step into an atmosphere dedicated to getting smart, safe results, give Trivium a shot.

I trained with Tia for a couple years and I can honestly say she's the best!!! She was a great encourager and at the same time willing to always push me to grow and do more then I thought I could. she is an amazing athlete with years of experience and a heart of gold. I would reccomend her to anyone-from beginners to seasoned athletes without reservation.

Training with Garmenn has been one of the most fun experiences of my life. As someone who had never worked out or been very physically active, getting into the gym was a daunting challenge. Garmenn took all of the worry and stress out of it. My favorite aspect of working out with Garmenn is that he takes the time to explain why you're doing what you're doing and how it effects your body. Having a deeper understanding of weightlifting, etc. is so much better than just having someone telling you what to do.
