Summer is awesome! Super helpful and informative, giving you all the guidance and support you need to be successful! Couldn’t recommend enough!Sep 22, 2020Verified
Summer is super professional, willing to work with any body type, and you can tell she loves what she does. I'm a big girl, so it's not easy to walk into a gym and not feel judged. I did not feel judged at all, I felt totally comfortable. I urge anyone who is looking to get healthy to reach out to Summer.Aug 1, 2019Verified
Summer responded to me quickly and was willing to work with my schedule in any way possible. On day one she already showed me lifting techniques that I didn't even learn in D1 sports. She is personable and friendly and I'm looking forward to this continued relationship! She is fantastic!Jul 23, 2019Verified
Summer is an outstanding trainer! I had reached the point to where I knew I needed that extra push and she was just the right person for the job. My initial contact was through this service and she was very engaged from the beginning to answer any questions I had. I was able to meet with her within a few days where I was able to receive my initial consult and tour her gym. She is extremely encouraging and pushes you out of your comfort zone. The workouts are very diverse so you're not getting bored with same routines. I am very thankful to have her as a trainer!Jul 20, 2016Verified
I've been going to Summer for two weeks now, and she is amazing. I feel like I've accomplished so much after each training session. She responds to my million questions and texts with patience and understanding. She definitely knows what she's doing to get you to your goal.Feb 1, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charged 35$ an hour. But the more you train in a week the more inexpensive training becomes. 35$ for one hour a week for 60 min session. I require the first month up front for two reasons; one healthy habits are created and formed in as little as three weeks, the seconds reason is once a person has paid they will generally come back (which helps create that healthy habit).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love to meet with new clients out side the gym. This helps create a great report and I can get a great assessment of what they want to accomplish and set short and long term goals. Once we have determines goals, length of service, numbers of times per week and months for training we set a time to meet at the gym. First work outs are always a shorten version to go over methods, form and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been lifting weights for approximately 15 plus years, with an extensive back ground in military and law enforcement physical fitness. I also am currently working on my Gym Jones certifications/qualifications and attend a number of seminars and hands on workshop session a year for continued education.
