- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jump Start program: 4 sessions for $100 Pay as you go plan: $60/session (must be paid at least 2 sessions in advance) 8 week plan: 2 sessions/ week ( $55/ session) 16 week plan: 2 sessions/ week ($50/session) We can discuss changing the frequency of the training per week to work with your schedule better. All packages include nutrition coaching, exercise program, and seven point assessments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an extensive initial assessment that is conducted in the first session. I will have the new client fill out some paperwork that will include injuries, past fitness history, motivations, experience with trainers, likes/dislikes, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. Also, I have been coaching/training a variety of people for the past 3 years and I am a certified personal trainer through NSCA.
