Julie Edstrom’s training is 2nd to none! She knows a lot about training someone for strength, cardio and weight loss! She’s very knowledgeable about a variety of exercises since she is a former bodybuilder! If you want to get into shape or increase your strength then Edstrom Elite Fitness is the place for you!
Personal training has been going really well. I get info on healthy snacks and training plans via email and he checks up on me after workouts to see how I'm feeling. He pushes without being like a drill sergeant.
Vince provided my friend and I with training two days a week. He is always flexible with schedule and provides a great variety of workouts. I would highly recommend Vince to anyone looking for an affordable/professional trainer.
Whitney Tegethoff is the real deal! She has quickly become one of my favorite people. I was very nervous and self-conscience to begin training, but Whitney quickly made me feel at ease with her friendly but confident manner. It became quickly apparent to me after working with her a couple of times that I absolutely made the right decision to work with her for my personal training. After working together a few times, she was very intuitive about my progress and knew when to push me and knew when I needed to slow down. She is very well versed in weight training and I have learned a lot from her. One of the things I especially liked about her was that our first meeting consisted of her talking with me and asking me questions about my goals, current health and an overall conversation of what I wanted to accomplish. I feel she really has helped to get me on my way to achieving my goals, which is something I have never felt in the past when working alone.
Theresa started training our whole family in Nov '14. Theresa's energy is amazing and contagious. She shows up on time with fresh workouts tailored to our fitness level- which is improving by leaps and bounds. She is able to motivate each of us and create a workout that fits all of our various needs. Most of us started at Ground Zero- I had never heard of a burpee! Now, my 12 year old daughter can plank for more than 6 minutes, my boys beat their own personal best records on push-ups and sit-ups regularly, and I've lost the jiggle in my upper arms. Theresa consistently moves us forward, pushing us just the right amount to keep us motivated without getting discouraged. She even emails my workouts for in-between sessions and sends me updates on our progress- inches lost/gained and weight tracking. It was a great decision for our family to hire a trainer to come to us and work with us as a family. It's a no-brainer, we know she is going to show up and we know we are going to work-out, no excuses. It has really worked out well for us. We have some 5-8# weights and some kettle balls, no need for expensive equipment or trips to the gym. I'm in better shape than I have been in for years.
I am so thankful for Evolution Fitness! Training in my home is fabulous. They listen to what my goals are and design a fitness program that is individualized and gives me lots of variety. Summer is an excellent trainer! I was able to meet with her right away and she answered all my questions and concerns. I decided to hire her and set up my sessions for the entire month. She is very flexible and will work around your schedule so no matter what you have going on, you can easily get your workouts in each week. Before I started training with her I hadn't exercised in 3+ years so I was nervous to start back up. She made me feel comfortable and knew exactly how hard to push me. I love that I can see definition in my arms and legs and it's a huge motivator to keep coming back week after week. I highly recommend her as a trainer and I am so thankful I found her!
Fit 2 Function has been the missing piece of the puzzle for this injury prone triathlete. Every athlete should include weight training into their training program. I have been injury free and can swim/bike/run faster than I have in years thanks Fit 2 Function. Not to mention my bone density has gone up 6% since starting with Fit 2 Function just over a year ago.

Chris is more than a trainer. She is a teacher/guide/coach. I was intimidated by strength training as I had always done yoga and Pilates. Chris made the process comfortable and doable with the right balance of pushing me, encouraging me, and humor. Kyle is a great trainer !! You tell him what you want to work on, and set them goals and he helps you get there !! He knows what he is doing that's foresure !! Working with Amy at Transformative Health 180 was amazing. I came to her with an injury and within the first visit I learned so much and my injury had improved. She took the time to really listen to what I was complaining about and created stretches and workouts to help. She also helped me become more aware of bad posture habits i have and how to help change those. I definitely recommend Amy to my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Trivium to anyone looking for a new gym or personal training. The gym has your standards (weights, racks, benches) but it also has open areas for functional training and classes with the equipment to match. The staff is knowledgeable, and I can attest that Ryan is continually searching out the latest research to incorporate into the gym's offerings. If you're looking to avoid the cookie-cutter gyms and step into an atmosphere dedicated to getting smart, safe results, give Trivium a shot.
Kevin O'Leary has been my trainer for 18 months. He is very professional and makes the training sessions fun. I was out of shape and suffered from joint pain in my shoulder and hip. My joint pain has been greatly reduced and my flexibility and stamina are greatly improved. I would highly recommend Kevin for rehab, general fitness or sports training!
