Introduction
My name is Trevor McCasland, I am a certified personal trainer accredited by NASM, and I want to help people be strong, stable, flexible, and pain-free. I'm a well-rounded individual who is well capable of training someone through beginner and intermediate levels of strength and conditioning. My specialty is identifying and eliminating muscle imbalances and tackling joint disorders with a thorough assessment followed by appropriate holistic strength and wellness practices. I have minor scoliosis, and I spend a lot of time focusing on spine, hip, knee, ankle, and foot health. I believe in finding the perfect fit for your individual needs. My approach is built on three core principles: Strength & Stability: I focus on building a strong and stable foundation through targeted exercises. This helps improve posture, support your body, and reduce the risk of future issues. I'll provide a robust plan that is appropriately challenging for your current abilities Movement & Mobility: I emphasize restoring and improving your range of motion and functional movement. My programs are designed to be nurturing and progressive, helping you move with greater ease and comfort in your daily life. Gentle Recovery & Adaptation: I understand the importance of gentle and gradual rehabilitation and adaptation. Whether you're recovering from an injury or learning to navigate a disability, my approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to your pace and comfort level. FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Price per session decreases with more sessions per week.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have spent 500 hours in the national personal training institute program to educate myself on being a personal trainer. After I graduated, I became certified by NASM. I currently volunteer at a semi-private holistic strength and wellness studio to learn and grow with them.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been a gym rat since 2017. I have paid for over 100 houra of personal training sessions in the past. I have been diagnosed with scoliosis a few years ago and that has inspired me to be an expert on the matter of exercise science for myself and the well-being of others.
