Julie Edstrom’s training is 2nd to none! She knows a lot about training someone for strength, cardio and weight loss! Jesse is very impressive. He is super responsive to my questions and created a custom plan for me based on my goals. He's a very good listener and follows up regularly. He is extremely knowledgeable about exercise and diet. In our first training session, he has taught me a number of techniques to improve my performance and help me get the most out of my workout. Theresa has been training my wife and I for the past 6 weeks. She started out interviewing us to determine if there were any problems she needed to take into consideration during our workouts. Brad with Stone Strength Systems provides strength training for all levels of fitness in an organized, systematic fashion. He really focuses on proper technique and injury prevention, which unfortunately is not always the norm with other training programs I have encountered. He is personable and already within a month I have seen great improvements!
Chris is more than a trainer. She is a teacher/guide/coach. I was intimidated by strength training as I had always done yoga and Pilates. Working with Amy at Transformative Health 180 was amazing. I came to her with an injury and within the first visit I learned so much and my injury had improved. She took the time to really listen to what I was complaining about and created stretches and workouts to help. She also helped me become more aware of bad posture habits i have and how to help change those. I definitely recommend Amy to my friends and family.
I trained with Tia for a couple years and I can honestly say she's the best!!! She was a great encourager and at the same time willing to always push me to grow and do more then I thought I could. she is an amazing athlete with years of experience and a heart of gold. I would reccomend her to anyone-from beginners to seasoned athletes without reservation.
Garmenn is fantastic! Being a mom with a full time job I rarely get time to myself. I started training with Garmenn with no goal besides getting some "me" time in. Having trained with trainers before I was nervous, for I was often pushed to just max out and lift heavy weights only. Or, even worst, constantly pestered with eating right when I wasn't even looking to lose weight. Garmenn was different, he listened to what I wanted and what I liked to do in the gym. He completely changed my body! It never gets boring, he always switches up the training from HIIT to lifting heavy weights, and even asks if I have any special requests. All I have ever wanted was to feel great, be healthy and gain some confidence along the way. I've always been a big runner and working with Garmenn has even helped me shave over a minute off my mile time! My best advise to anyone thinking about training would be to stop thinking about it, pick up the phone and schedule your first session today! What do you have to lose?! And you will make a friend along the way!
I have been using Ty as a trainer for about six years. I saw an ad following my breast cancer surgery and was starting radiation. I knew I needed to get healthier through all of this. He came to my house which made all the difference. Gyms didn't work as I wouldn't follow through. Ty ringing my doorbell worked. I am sure he has added years to my life. I still don't like to exercise but I do it thanks to Ty.
Steven trains me once a day in the gym. I explain what areas I want to target and what kinds of work outs I'd like to try and make him push me to my limits. He does a great job of helping me reach goals and adding to my fitness and training knowledge
When I started with Achieve I had very little confidence in my self. Today I know I can accomplish anything that is put in front of me, weather it is something with work, home or with my workouts. I am a certified master fitness trainer with an exercise science degree. I own my own gym at my house with several pieces of equipment including a dumbbell set, an olympic weight set, barbells, a cable machine, stability balls, mats, bands, a sandbag, a slam ball, a heavy bag, a speed bag, a roman chair, etc. Commercial gyms charges, on average, $50.00 to $70.00 per session. At my gym, sessions are $10.00 for 250 ($25/session) or $35.00 for single.
