- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are priced so that customers can comfortably afford great quality service. Veterans: However, I do offer 10% discounts to veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a variety of services - marketing strategies, advertising and resume writing. These services require me to be very inquisitive about your goals. So, I want to know... - where are you now - what your goals are - and, where you want to be in the next 3 to 4 months? This will allow me to help create the outcome that's right for you. Expect lots of questions in the beginning as I get familiar with who you are and your goals. Depending on how involved you'd like to be, we will need to set up a few phone calls and/or Zoom meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have assisted companies over the past 7 years produce $1.5 Million - $3.5 Million product launches. I've hired a team of amazing people. And, I currently lead a team of other extraordinary writers and social media creators. I also have a degree in communications.
