I am really transparent about our cost and highly communicative
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first contact customer I will show them a history of my work and recommendations. I will build a budget to fit their project. I don’t ask for money upfront, except if you have a large material cost. I ask for an initial draw after the first week of work. If the job takes more than two weeks, we will have a midway draw and a completion draw.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the acquisition superintendent for corporate rental property company, and I built budgets and overseen contractors and hundreds of projects from beginning to end. I am very skilled in all mechanical functions of the property. I know when a job has been done correctly and can inspect any aspect of the residential property.
