Latest Review: When I was 35 years old and 16 weeks pregnant, I was in a severe snowmobile accident. I fractured my pelvis and broke my arm. Six weeks later, I was in a car accident that injured my left shoulder. Most of the following year was spent sitting on the couch. A new mom and still on the mend, I had no energy and everything I did made my body hurt. I decided I needed to do something about my health.
A couple of girls at work talked to me about SNAP Fitness and told me they had great luck working with Brent, the Personal Trainer. I decided to give it a try. During one of our first workouts, Brent noticed I had one hip that didn't seem to operate correctly. From then on, my workouts became as much about physical therapy as it was about fitness. He customized my workouts around my injuries and schedule. As a parent with a full time job, I am lucky to get into the gym 3 days a week. In 6 months I went from not being able to lift a 30lb baby from a crib to being stronger than I have ever been. I have as much endurance as I did in high school and the new body (15% less body fat!) is a fantastic bonus. Thank you Brent! There is no way I could have done it without you.
