I don't just design a sequence for you to mimic; I teach you about what your body is doing while you move it, how your bones and muscles fit together, what the common pitfalls are, and how to make a pose work for your body, not the other way around. I'm trained in anatomy and pay special attention to explaining the cues you always hear other teachers gloss over, so you'll never leave a session wondering if you missed something. I'm also pretty dang funny.
I'm also trained in restorative yoga -- called "fancy nap time" by some, though deep relaxation is hard work too. If you need help decompressing and connecting your breath to your body more gently, this is the practice for you.
