I suffer with chronic tension headaches, after one massage session with Yeong I was pain free, not just because of the massage (as that is a temporary way to relieve the pain), but because of the advice she gave me to correct a few habits that were root causes behind the headaches. I have been studying yoga and meditation with Amritari for almost one year. I was having a lot of pain when I first started working with her and she patiently guided me with gentle movements that relieved my pain, as well as breathing techniques that calmed my anxiety. I have really enjoyed doing yoga in her screened porch that overlooks a beautiful pond surrounded by grass and trees. Seeing the geese sailing on the pond is very nice too. She also has an infrared sauna and I have found this to be very relaxing and therapeutic.
