    • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      Abbey began her yoga journey in 2010 in order to supplement a rigorous running regimen. She initially practiced yoga to increase flexibility and immediately noticed the physical benefits of her yoga practice, improving her performance in running and tennis. After spinal surgery in 2012, Abbey returned to yoga. Through her years of practice, Abbey has experienced the therapeutic benefits of yoga for both mind and body, helping her become more mindful and compassionate towards her own body.
