Victor pre-treated the stains and was able to produce the results I was hoping for in no time! The same stairway was cleaned only three months ago by a Groupon company who actually made the stains worse. Jennifer and her crew were outstanding. I had a basement covered in dried mud, concrete chunks, concrete dust and drywall dust, and they cleaned EVERYTHING! They cleaned the concrete floors, the couch, the furniture, the tools in the garage, the shelving, all my assorted junk, the walls, the stuff in my drawers, everything! I hired Deb to help me organize the mountain of stuff I've accumulated over the years in order to downsize and move into a single bedroom loft. She did an excellent job helping me organize the items cluttered closet, separating out items to donate and trash, and organize my stuff for my move. She then ensured she helped me set up a system at my new place to make the most out of my investment.
Virginia was very professional and did a wonderful job. She was patient when we had to reschedule due to complications. She is very good to communicate with you a reminder. We have scheduled her for future cleaning jobs.
Susan Szypula with Move In Solutions was so helpful. She took the time to walk me through the process of staging my home. I would highly recommend Move In Solutions to anyone that is trying to sell their home. It is so much easier to leave it to the professionals when staging your home.
They do an excellent job doing our basic cleaning. We have them every 2 weeks for dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, and kitchen. They take about 1 1/2 hours (2500 sq ft). They are very professional. Maribel will usually send me an email the day before they can come. Occasionally they are late. This method works for us because we are retired. I don't know if she offers a regular day/time. I feel that the cleaning is a great value at $80.00. I don't have them mop the kitchen every time, as we have wood floors, but they mop them whenever I ask. The tile in the master bath is always mopped.
I had to wedding to go to back in September and she dressed me for the event! She has a great sense of fashion and was great at finding things at a lower cost. I would definitely use her again for other events I need to be dressed for!
Julie is friendly, smart, easy to get along with, fun and an excellent organizer. She helped me unpack all my books after a move, categorize them and shelve them in alpha order (I have a lot of books!). I will definitely be working with Julie on other organizing projects.
Alena worked for me for a little over 2 months. She did all the cleaning that I asked her to do, including the cat litter box. She works fast and thoroughly. She is polite and easy to talk to .
Madison is simply phenomenal! I had never hired a professional organizer before, and I wish I had many years ago. As a working mom, it was impossible to stay on top of little things around the house, so they quickly escalated to big things. Madison was very thorough, looked over the rooms that needed work, gave me recommendations and told me what her plans were, and started that very afternoon. She got everything done in 8 hours (I still can’t figure out how she worked so quickly) and the aftermath was stunning. She is TRULY a PROFESSIONAL organizer. We got far more than we expected from our consultation, and the house has never looked better. Phizzy was able to use our own art and accessories to minimize the amount we would need to purchase new. Jeanine did the monumental task of supervising all the transfer of VHS tapes [of my grandchildren] to DVD's. After they were done she reviewed each one to make sure everything was done properly, and appropriately labeled each one, dating and putting them in chronological order. After that she made a master list of the DVD's--one for the front of the box in which they were stored and a paper one as a secondary for a folder in the file cabinet. Jeanine is very methodical, organized and thorough and I highly recommend her.

I truly have learned and am a firm believer that there isn't anything I can't learn how to do from others or on my own. Whether it's a new skill or business, I have the capability of picking up rapidly and within a small amount of time can perfect on my own. I am not afraid to ask the questions that need to be asked to get what I need done and if need be, find information on my own. I take the time to learn what is best for the task/job at the moment and I want my work to be beyond satisfactory not just to myself but to my employer as well.
