Michelle is amazing! She is such a good cook. She buys the food and makes us 4 meals plus a dessert each week and drops it off. We have to do nothing but eat! She's working with us to be more healthy and also delicious! So easy to work with. She'll be giving me cooking lessons soon as well. Highly recommend!!
I asked Brooke to cook for a get together at my home she rocked with Kung Pao Chicken!! It was a hit. Then we had a smaller group I requested "comfort" food she came through with Brunswick stew everyone was satisfied!
Our lovely group of ladies arranged for a private cooking class with Chef Lisa who provided an amazing experience. Each of us have some form of diet restriction or allergy and because of her Detailed skill she was able to put a menu together that accommodated all our needs. Creative organized and professional, we felt she went above and beyond. Our meal was not only delicious but rewarding. We felt a since of accomplishment after putting the meal together. Michelle has catered several diners for me and my guests. She planned the meals, created the menus, bought the necessary food and paired the wine. These were all multi course meals (up to six courses!). Fresh game was often used. the creative sauces she prepared for each main course were outstanding! Michelle prepared and served these dinners for up to eight guests, providing a brief description of each course before serving. The meals were served hot and on time and the quality was of the highest order. Michelle is an experienced chef and has served as an executive chef at one of the best restaurants in the area. She also teaches others her culinary craft including some of the secrets to success. She has a background in art which is evident in the presentation of her dishes. I would recommended her with out reservation for parties small and large. The assembled group will be in for a real treat!
We booked Vince for a ladies night cooking demo in the hopes that we would learn a few tricks of the trade while enjoying some fine dining and good company. Whether engaged in a hands-on demonstration of how to fold the perfect empanada, learning the basics of a solid gastrique, or savoring every last nibble of the Fish en Papillote that we each tailored to our own tastes, Vince thoughtfully prepared every aspect of the three course meal and designed the presentation such that there was never a lull. The whole process was seamless, and Vinces charisma and passion for cooking made for a 5 star experience and we can't wait to cook with him again!
This young couple are some of the best cooks I've ever had food from. They are polite, they were on time, and everything tasted amazing. I will for sure place am order with them again. They are amazing!
