Courtney began her yoga journey in 2013 when she was looking for a way to cope with stressors in college. Yoga provided her a way to stay centered, to quiet her mind, stay present in the moment, and to move in a way that felt therapeutic.
Her background as a labor and delivery nurse further ignited her passion for yoga and its ability to heal the body, mind, and spirit. Her in depth understanding of anatomy encourages a safe, yet challenging practice that promotes an overall sense of well-being and ease.
In 2020 she completed her 200hr Yoga teacher training at Bella Prana in Tampa, FL and has been teaching privately to students since becoming certified. Her lessons cater toward the needs and desires of each of her students and she promotes a comfortable and judgment-free space.
She offers private 1:1 classes as well as group classes.
