I've currently been working with Chuck and he is fun and very informative. I can see a change in my strength and he's very prodcutive when it comes to workout plans! Not just running on the treadmill like most trainers, he actually gives you a full body workout every time.
Hugo responds quickly and is very attentive to each training session. He is one on one as advertised, not training multiple clients at the same time. His approach to body mechanics and form are refreshing. He doesn't just throw you on a treadmill and come back in 20minutes. Cardio is actually worked into the speed and reps of various movements and proper form. Lots of body weight movements and TRX which is GREAT for an older client like myself. I have had 4 other trainers over my 64 years and Hugo is the BEST.
Sherry is an AWESOME personal trainer. She is knowledgeable, personable, and extremely motivating. IShe is encouraging, and diligently works with her clients to achieve their fitness goals. Of all of the personal trainers I have trained with, Sherry by far is the BEST OF THE BEST!! If you want results....she is THE ONE!!!
I have been with Edge Performance for over 4 years and plan to continue for the unforeseeable future. The owner (Daniel) and his associate trainers are professionals who are capable of pushing you to beyond what you think you are capable of handling. The workouts will leave you exhausted but wanting to go back for more. You never get the same thing, Daniel is constantly researching and coming up with new and inventive ways to correct and improve his client's strength and fitness.
Ishmael started training with me after I had become very out of shape and overweight. I had no motivation to work out until I started training with him. His style of training was extremely effective in motivating me to work hard at the gym. Since training with him I have found a new passion in working out. Ishmael also developed a diet plan for me that actually works. It's strict a diet plan but it's easy to follow and has resulted in rapid weight loss. Ishmael is not only a great fitness trainer but is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Ishmael is an excellent motivator and truly cares about the people he is training.
Candice is a very knowledgeable, and caring instructor. She is very good in assessing your capabilities and pushes you within your strength and capabilities. I have been very pleased with her and my progress under her directions.she has been helping me with strength training, and weight management. I strongly recommend her.
Jay always makes sure to thoroughly explain each step of the workout, he takes times to cater to my needs and is patient. Jay's schedule is always flexible which is great for my busy lifestyle, and he never makes me feel rushed during our workout sessions. I always leave feeling like I've accomplished something and I'm one step closer to my goal! I am training with Erik Pedrow and believe he is one of the most committed and gifted trainers around. Fitness is a passion for Erik; and it's infectious. He is college educated, smart, and keeps up with the latest in physiology and nutritional research. Erik has a keen talent for transforming his knowledge of hard science into an effective, challenging, and fun program that is geared just for you. Erik took note my goals, likes, dislikes, and current physical ability to create a customized strength building and workout program. I believe that without Erik's 1-on-1 training I would not have progressed as quickly and safely as with a one-size-fits-all program found at other gyms. Erik keeps me motivated and moving in the right direction to achieve my fitness and strength goals. Erik trains his clients at Masters Gym which is an awesome "urban" gym with an unbelievable sound system that makes workouts fun!

360Gainz has helped me tremendously being consistent with my workouts. I have a toddler and really needed the motivation from a trainer & struck gold with this one! I worked with other trainers in the past & this one has been the best!! We work out 3x per week and I saw results even after two weeks of working with him. He really personalizes his sessions to meet your needs. Always flexible with scheduling sessions. Jay has more enthusiasm and energy than any person I’ve ever met. He is a master of his craft, incredibly bright with a vast knowledge of health and fitness.
Rick is an amazing personal trainer and I credit him with helping me change my thinking about working out. I am temporarily in a wheelchair and he developed a special work out routine to fit my disability. I had been to other personal trainers but it seemed we spent more time trying to figure out what to do next instead of working out. Not with Rick. After our initial meeting he had obviously spent a lot of time on his own working out a great routine for me. I feel healthier for it. I was sad to see him move and miss him ALOT. Rick doesn't just become your trainer he really CARES about you and your health and progress.
Sydney is a great trainer! Her athletic background always has her paying attention to my form and making sure I don’t do anything to hurt myself. She really knows her fitness and has tons of knowledge in the field. Not only does she know the body and fitness but she also knows nutrition. Her knowledge of nutrition alone has helped me tremendously!

It's given me access to a professional trainer at an affordable price, and I've gotten the best results so far because the workouts are specifically designed for me. Also, I love the flexibility to be able to complete the workouts when it fits my schedule. Joel knows his stuff too. He's got tons of knowledge and background in health and fitness and is always available if I need adjustments made to my workouts, or even a motivational lift. I'd recommend him to anyone.
