Yeong has changed my life . I had developed aches and pains for a young woman in her fifties. My husband gave me a gift certificate with Yeong to try yoga with her 8 years ago. I never thought 8 years later, I would still be with her. She not only taught yoga, big she cared for our bodies. She reminded to drink plenu of water, take hot baths and breath. Nicole led a Yoga 101 class. She did a wonderful job introducing absolute beginners to the practice of yoga. She is patient and observant of the students and helps them with modifications as necessary. There were people in the class from college-age to retirees. I have since taken other classes with Nicole because of the good experience I had in her beginner's class.
Amritari is a wonderful yoga teacher. She is so passionate about helping others from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. She is also very knowledgeable, having studied yoga extensively with numerous experienced teachers. Most of all, Amritari really cares about her students and goes above and beyond to guide them along their yoga path with love and kindness. She is a wonderful human being.
