Mike is amazing at his job! He is very knowledgeable and will be able to help you meet your fitness goals. He makes sure to give you all of the tools to help you be successful, from giving you a consistent workout regiment, and a maintainable diet. He is very good at meeting his clients were they are at in their fitness journey, and helping them get to where they want to be. He will never create workouts for you that you’re unable to complete. He is also very responsive when you’re not training with him, if you need to ask him anything he responds promptly!

Mike has been great to train with. He varies the workouts to target specific muscles and keeps it fun and interesting. He gives me nutrition advice and holds me accountable to my goals. He even helped with therapy when I hurt my back. I highly recommend Mike if you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or get in shape!

    Pricing is based on my education and experience and frequency my clients want to train. HOURS 1X PER WEEK $70 ($280 per month) 2X PER WEEK $ 65 ($520 per month) 3X PER WEEK $60 ($720 per month) HALF HOURS FLAT $50 PER SESSION

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    ALL CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY ASSESSMENT. -First I will sit down and get to know you. -During the complimentary assessment I will be assessing your movement patterns, to determine any muscular imbalances. I will also use this time to evaluate your current fitness level as well as collect starting body composition which will be used to track progress along the way. - After completing the assessment we will Spend time discussing what you would like to achieve. I will use this time to gain an in depth understanding of your goals, strengths and weaknesses. - Based on all of the findings above we will select a program to move forward with. We will schedule your first session and from there you will be on the path to reaching you fitness goals.
