- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Training Plans start at $297 for 3 months of training and nutrition coaching. This includes a weekly workout routine with hand-picked exercise tutorial videos, one-on-one messaging with your trainer Jayd Harrison, and a monthly 30-minute consultation. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step to working with me is scheduling your consultation. During the consultation, we talk about your goals, your experience, and what you're envisioning in terms of your training. From here, I'll create a rough sketch of what my recommendations would be should you choose to train with me. After the consultation, you can sign up and pay directly through my website or app. Training sessions can also be scheduled directly from my website. You'll be able to see your workout plan each week and preview the workouts ahead of time right from the app.
